Sincerely no but when SMART IPTV app is making problems best way to understand if its app is to deinstall it turn off tv from electricity for 5-10 minutes and then reinstall. Resolves different isues maybe this is also a case. Regards, Harry

STB EMULATOR PRO is with stalker interface but as far as i know subtitles are not yet supported so if you want mag interface with subtitles you have to sell your box and buy or TVIP 412/605 or mag 254/256 Regards, Harry

NO its not supported yet as far as i know, you must use some android app like STB EMULATOR PRO, or Perfect Player, Kodi, etc because mag 410 version is simply an android box as all others. Regards, Harry

I dont know why this problem has occred but one thing is for shure that you must ask RAPID Support or @IPTV Community to give you your dadshboard account where you can activate mag box by yourself and manage lines also, Regards, Harry
