Reboot the stick, I mean power off.. and plugin again. In most cases the app will raise on home screen after reboot.

Did you bought your subscription here in our community ? If so, you should have access to user dashboard ? Here you can manage the bouquet list to reduce the m3u file. Another option might be to use the HLS (m3u8) Version instead of MPEGTS (ts), other the other way around, might be also helpful...

App isn't slow, it's fast and fast zapping. I guess the speed limit is based on your device/TV. Try to use an android box which has a better and faster CPU.
