UK channels issues
UK channels unstable or not working at all. ITV 1 in particular.....3 regional channels have not been working for months now and I have mentioned this previously. UK Channels issues - ITV and BBC
Constant issues with buffering for ITV channels in particular and also BBC, all of them. I have another sub with a different provider and I don't have the issue with that provider. Can you please look into this it's been an ongoing issue just like EPG which is hit and miss- mlisa100

Football listings
On the EPL listings there is no way to know which match is playing on which EPL channel....no info just Epl 1, 2, 3 etc. Could you please update this as it's guesswork at the moment. Also you used to provide a list of football matches for all leagues and Champions League and this stopped...- mlisa100
