hi, any help appreciated. I have a customer who when selecting channels on mag box is getting only a blank screen. wi-fi connected and box is connected to portal but no channels are watchable.

Why? That does not make any sense, the other county lists were not blocked

UK channels are working (not sky sports) but we have now lost all other countries channels lists

This is what rapid have done today, however we have now lost access to all other Chanel lists in other contries

With the cost of vpn added on we might as well just pay legally for the match. Especially those of us that use mag device

Not sure I can offer Rapid IPTV to new customers until this problem is resolved, most people get a service like Rapid to watch the football. What is the point if it is going to be blocked every match day.
