This Problems may happen because of Many Rasons
The frist Cause- Hardware equipment : Some Box and Smart tvs comes with Limited in cach and memory so you need to reduce your Playlist to be able watching Tv without Buffering
Second Cause - ISP in your country who's start Throuttling IPtv...
Try to Reduce your Playlist to minimum if that doesn't help with your Problem You need To return to your Provider / Seller
This Problem may coming from your IPtv Service
Go to dashboard > manage lines > action > press force country [frist line]
Then make sure there is no selected country so you can use vpn
For your case it's OK just check your pm inbox

Go to Manage Line -> in right barre menu you will find 3 dots ( actions) click on it > scroll down to bouquets list press ok ( deseclect aduld content) then click update
