iplay tv apple tv

Hello As said above i have twice now put in about 30-40 channels on my favorites list. It worked fine the first month. Now all favorites are gone. I put them in again and its gone again after a few days only. I use apple tv Any tips or conclusion what it could be ? Best regards!
