amiko ott a5 and a6- portal login problems

I have amiko ott a5 , mytv installed by default. Everything went well until it was introduced the secure mag option. Even if the secure mag option is disabled i cannot login on portal. The portal is loading half and then appear login failed. This problem is only on our portal, on others portals works fine. Someone has the same problem ? I sent a ticket but no help untill now.

It seems the same problem is on Formuler Z8 , which use the same mytv app to use mag portal
