Connecting... issues

Hi guys

im not sure if im the only one with this issue.

but some of the channels cant connect,

if you try in the albania group you can try 70% of the channels and they are cannot be opened. Its still ˋˋ connecting...ˋˋ

i reported this but still not working

any idea how to fix this ?

Did you tried with abother app, or with another device as i have tested few alb channels and did not saw any probs...

Of course !
I tried more than 4 different apps on 3 different device
With vpn without vpn
Some channels opened normal and other just connecting… but nothing
Happend

pls report the channels which are down through your dashboard so the team can check it

If a channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture, or Wrong Channel report the problem on the Dashboard under the Channels menu

If the channel does not show up at channel report - then submit a ticket from your DB and mention your issue
