Hi i am wondering if anyone can help me out.

I currently have a Mag 254 with a 1 year subsricption and I just bought a xiao mi box. So I want to transfer my channels to the mi box.
But when I bought the mag box I didn’t get a dashboard to control my subsription, so I don’t know how to set up smart ip tv without getting access to a dashboard.

Is there a way to get access or is there some other way I can transfer it.

OK. Then you should have access to a dashboard from your reseller

Just ask your reseller and he/she will fix it
