formuler z8 4k links missing

Hi my IPTV provider recently added an app for use by their customers, this is an app downloaded from filelinked, with this you are supposed to get 4k Premiumize links to movies etc, however my Z8 cannot find any of these (yellow) 4k links and only shows (white) hd links which on are large tv not great,all other customers have reported no issues. Is this an issue with my box as have done factory reset and its still the same or maybe an ISP issue?or setup issue, any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.
