Hi

I'm not sure if this is the right place, sorry in advance.

I use Duplex Play (tv box) for my IPTV and get my subscription from ******* recently I can't watch or access my playlist due to following error "Can't load please check your playlist status and try again. If problem persist, contact your playlist service provider".

I have reset my router and nothing helps. I have it also installed on my phone and the issue is the same with wifi and data on my phone. It used to work impeccable suddenly this error occurred.
