IPTV Issues - (Must read the first post before requesting help from the community)

German Pay TV channels are buffering/lagging (Sky Cinema ...)
Reseller contacted, he is jsut closing the tickets without solving the problems.
Formuler Z10 Pro Max connected over LAN and Internet Connection 500 mbit
Tried 2 test accounts from other iptv providers and they are running without lagging/buffering.
Country: Austria
Tried also with VPN and wireguard

We are facing the issue already since a while.
The community is reporting about the issue as requested, but nobody seems to be interested in solving it or giving us information about the current status.
We did our job.
So please, Rapid, do your job.

I keep changing vpn countries and nothing. it just dont download.

I open a France channel works immedialty. I open a Spain channel works with zero lag or waiting.

Portugal channels, no.

I had issues myself when using Quad9 dns servers, if you use them please change.

Yes, not only Portuguese channels Albania France Italy Netherlands and so on are awake

CH - Switzerland - Blue Sport 1 FHD CH
On this channel the picture is from another unknown channel.

Blue Sport 1 HD has been completely removed so there is currently no way to watch the game.

halo why does the Austrian Kabel eins HD run on Kabel eins FHD DE and does it run on Kabel eins HD AT in SD also does Kabel eins Austria run a completely different program than in Germany
Can't you just insert the German cable one again?

the Adult channels:

"Beate Uhse TV (18+) DE",
"Russian Night (18+) RU",
"Penthouse Passion HD (18+) US"

are not working properly, the streams are constantly tearing, stopping or the audio is disappearing.

Blue Sport Switzerland has the same problem Blue Sport 1FHD CH is down and Blue Sport 2 FHD CH runs a teleshopping channel
and sees almost 4 weeks there is no more audio at sky Bundesliga UHD DE and sky Sport UHD DE also shows sky Bundesliga UHD without audio
contacted the seller x times without success he just said i should avoid the channel great solution
