IPTV Smarter PLAYER SAMSUNG is not validating my credentials

I have every information and link logins etc and its working fine on my IOS device, but when i use same credentials and url on Samsung TV app, it gives me error that not authorized.
Please help, this is the first time I am seeking help from pros on forum

Please change your network DNS in your TV settings. Use Google DNS

Give us feedback if it helps to change network DNS on your TV to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
