IPTV & VPN

Hi, total noob here & apologies for the long winded description of my issue.
Using Android mobile phone, AndroidTv and Chromebook to watch IPTV channels.
Also, my mobile phone company & home broadband company are different.

Query;
Do any IPTV suppliers work behind a VPN - such as ExpressVpn ??

Reason I ask this is;

I have a sub with an IPTV supplier, that was sourced independently of this website.
Their service was excellent, until recently.
Using SmartersPro App, I can log in successfully , see the EPG but none of the channels work.
Their support suggested I try to browse to their server's URL and if I couldn't access it then both of
my ISP's are blocking it.
They say their service will not work behind a VPN.

Did you get to problem? Your saying the VPN blocks the channels working maybe try another VPN?

Afraid I am a right eejit, I should have done my research 1st b4 buying a VPN sub as I thought any VPN would do.
Turns out that the VPN I have (ExpressVPN) is also blocking the IPTV's server URL.
So I don't want to spend any more money.
Hopefully someone on this forum has IPTV working with ExpressVPN
