MAG 322 "waiting for network on" Sunrise Internet Box

i have to ISP's at home work and privat my mag 322 wont connect to portal says waiting for network setup, internet enabled and wifi enabled on my Sunrise/UPC (switzerland) connection connected to sunrise anyone expiriencing the same issue
