MAG 324 portal url lost after Factory reset

Hello Guys i have lost a Portal URL after when my son 9 years reset the MAG 324 to factory settings, anyway of recovering please?

Hello, thank you for your fast reply, i managed to get the portal link, how ever the MAG is stuck on updating kernel up to more than 48 hours now and my internet speed is 100mbps, could i have damaged it by factory resetting. Any solution on how to fasten or remove the updating.

Retry reload server. Click on the settings button on the rc and go to reload. If the server is not loading, it is your provider causong hte issue.

If you did a factory reset, you need to install the latest firmware. Go to settings, portal, and then go to software updates. Update software.

It is very hard to do a factory reset on a mag 324, You have to insert a paper clip end in the little hole next to the usb card hole and hold for about 5-10 seconds.
