No Audio on some VOD films - LG TV

Hi All,

As title suggests, I'm missing the audio on certain films on VOD? I know it must be a local issue for me as I asked my content guy to check the same films his end and he has audio?
Any suggestions greatly received.

A friend of mine had this. The cause was that the MAG she has does not support the audio format. She switched to another box and the problem is gone.
