No sound on some channels

Since a day I have no sound on Family guy channel, and for months the SouthPark channel won’t load.

strange thing is that both are working using the m3u url. But when using the portal on my formuler gtv it isn’t.
Anyone any idea?

This site won’t allow me to start a conversation with my reseller for some reason.

I had the same issue. Change the Codeway from Hardware to software or the other way around

its better to use mytv online app on your formuler box more better then portal system
