Server blocked by provider?

Hi,

I am on vacation in Albania, and I noticed that my IPTV is not working here. When I use 4G it works, but not from local Wifi. Nothing wrong with connection and speed since everything else works.

It seems that internet provider have blocked our servers for IPTV.
Does anyone knows if there is any kind of workaround for this problem?

I tried with VPN (Tunnelbear) but it didn’t worked. Maybe I should try another VPN?

Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare DNS: 1.0.0.1 or 1.1.1.1
Open DNS: 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220
DNS Watch: 82.200.69.80 or 84.200.70.40
