Hey guys, shouldn't IPTV providers encourage users to use VPN? First of all, everything is more secure behind a VPN and I, for example, am running open vpn straight to my router for every device at my household. I just find it weird that Rapid is not working with every VPN server, it should be by default allowed because stream origin is getting concealed from the ISP, isn't that right? Any thoughts on enabling VPN for everyone?
I was thinking about getting a test for your IPTV service but if I understand it correct you don't accept VPN usage with your service? That wouldn't work very well for me as I use IPTV on a fire TV stick as I travel a lot and experience a lot of ISPs blocking several services and one can be IPTV also Im often connected to public wifis in hotels etc. where I am not happy to not be able to use VPN.
Setting up a good router thats loaded with DD-WRT and configured with your VPN then plug it into your ISP router via ethernet works better than anything else. You can run anything you use in your home off that router's wifi and your ISP won't know a thing.I've been torrenting and using sideloaded apps all without any glitches. Rarely every few months you might have to change the VPN IP address if that server slows down to a faster 1 but again thats rare with a good VPN.
Hi...just a few words that might help. I have been using Express VPN for 3 months now and its A1.I had a couple of issues where i could not get a connection or my sub was getting connecting but no picture or sound. I began to swap servers when this occured and it sorted it. Not to patronise anyone , but always check your server location when having the above problems , because this switching did work for me. All the best and good viewing.
