What to do Before reporting IPTV Down

    When you or your client is having problems IPTV not working

    First thing to do is check this uptime checker:


    after that:

    Follow these steps:

    1. Check the internet conection on the device by using another app like youtube
    check if the problem is on wifi and Cable

    2. Check the Line on a different App, Smart iptv, perfect player, GSE Smart player, rIPTV,

    3. check the line on VLC on the pc.

    4. go to http://clientportal.link/

    you can get 2 messages:

    Acces Denied ( connection is good)
    IP Banned ( Firewall is blocking the conection)

    5. download the the line and paste it in youre webbrowser, if it wont start downloading to youre player its blocked.

    6. Go to http://www.whatsmyip.org/
    And see what your ipis

    7. Let youre Reseller try to unblock the ip adres in there Dashboard.
    ( You wil get a message on the bottom right if it is unblocked of not)

    8. If you get the message ip not in the system, Check the Forum if others have the same problem
