Very happy with the support I receive from my reseller and generally the dashboard. Just one suggestion though. It would be really helpful when there are issues with a particular country's channels to post that on this forum, I understand that you do post when there are general / maintenance...

It doesn't buffer as much but buffering still happens throughout the day.

Constant issues with buffering for ITV channels in particular and also BBC, all of them. I have another sub with a different provider and I don't have the issue with that provider. Can you please look into this it's been an ongoing issue just like EPG which is hit and miss

On the EPL listings there is no way to know which match is playing on which EPL channel....no info just Epl 1, 2, 3 etc. Could you please update this as it's guesswork at the moment. Also you used to provide a list of football matches for all leagues and Champions League and this stopped...

Could you please check the UK channels, specifically BBC1, ITV 1, Sky Sports PL / Main Event and BT Sports 1. They are either stop/starting or freezing. Was like this a couple of weeks ago then ok most of the time and started again today. Thanks

I have another sub with a different provider (always have 2 for backups) and I have logged in via the API set up just now so I don't know where the problem is. Will keep searching for answers :)
