The problem seems to be with the box and not with the subscription. Try to reset the box to factory and see. remember to take note of your portal settings on the box before you reset as it will delete everything

i have multiple mag324w2 and never had an issue loading the noblock. i do install the noblock as soon as i turn the device for the first time without connecting to the internet or putting any information
