Would be nice for Rapid to let us know at least, we shouldn't assume. I have seen no communication anywhere that they are working on it.

The funny thing is that Rapid is not answering any of the tickets I opened on this issue. One of my subscriptions expires tomorrow and I am seriously considering switching to another provider.

The version provided in the link is of the 29th of January 2016 so must be an older version to the latest.

This is quite unacceptable though, Rapid should have been prepared for it. I will try going back to the older firmware, just hope i don't brick the box!

I'm trying to find the firmware and instructions. If you have them handy, would appreciate.

Mag 254 is showing 'STB BLOCKED' following an automatic firmware update. Subscription is fine so it seems that the portal does not accept this new firmware. Completely stuck without TV due to this problem!
