    Samsungs app store is limited, better use an android box like Amazon fire tv. Ok Samsung you can try IPTV SMARTERS PRO or NANOMID player. It might be helpful to reduce the bouquet list when TV's cache memory is limited.

    fire tv runs with android, you can install APK files on it via DOWNLOADER (sideload) app. there are many apk sources in the www, also for this perfect player ;)

    SIPTV provides a free Electronic Program Guide (EPG), but you can also add your own EPG source if you don't like the one provided by SIPTV.

    What hardware? Probably the device cache memory is limited. Try to use the xmltv file generated out of the m3u url. And try to reduce bouquet list, that should help in case of limited memory.

    Install the VLC player on your Fire TV. This will provide the correct video codec. Also, try other IPTV apps; some of them allow you to choose a video player like VLC.
