If you have a MAC adress registred on your dashboard, just click right of the line to the 3 dot and you have the option extend, note, diagnostis, parental code,....

Did you try to delete playlist and reupload the playlist as link and not as file? I think Password on siptv is only issue with the playlist, not Samsung problem.

Samsung. Yes already done, i don't ask for help if i don't have tested basic things. The customer have make a full reset of the tv, reinstall app, delete and send the link but the same problem. Tried ethernet and wlan, same problem. I have just 4 bouquets list, have delete all other bouquets too.

Hello, I have a customer that siptv is loading the channel list and after 1 second reloading app and channel and it's looping like this all the time (loading app siptv, loading channel, reloading app, reloading channel, .....).

Try to remove some channels

On kodi try to clear caches i helped for me
