Using Vodafone here and sometimes it also freezes... Didn't watch any of the games in the previous weeks so dont know if still happens

Hi! Every time that there's a big game on Portuguese sports channels they freeze and it's impossible to watch the game. When this channels freeze all other channels are OK. How can this be solved? Have multiple users that complain about about this and know other friends with other providers...
