As far as I know, the parental lock isn't available on Smart IPTV.

I think it's more a technical issue (network) and not an issue with Smart IPTV. Let him test it out with a different device and see if he the problem persists. Anyway, you can also check the buffer settings in the Smart IPTV and tweak it a little bit to see if it makes any difference.

Go to VOD Multi Subs category. Start a movie and choose the setting to change subtitle to Portuguese. (every device has different ways to access the subtitles included in movie, find yours).

Real 4K is a movie with +/- 100GB needed for space over the length of 90 minutes. Stream issues would definitely be a thing for most. But i will forward your message and see if we can do something for all of us
