I have this problem.. 3 clients + myself were using smarters pro.. all 4 have this problem that when trying to connect we get an onscreen message :
Your account is invalid or expired! (all accounts are valid some from 2018)
we all use the same isp.. have tried new passwords.. using vlc...

I´d recommend getting rid of Mag boxes.. as well as the no block from 2019 some service companies are stopping the use of Mag boxes. I recommend the X96Air 4/64 as an alternative. More versatile as you can load smarters or tivimate or others onto an Android box..

One of my clients had the same problem.. we tried using older software from different sources .. works reset etc and nothing helped.. box was sold on Ebay as defect and a new 324 was bought.. problem has not appeared on the new box so there must have been a fault in the box

I have a client who bought a box on Ebay and occasionally the voices sound like Micky Mouse.. the only way to stop this is to restart the box which is a pain.. I´ve tried to help him by installling older firmware then no block software.. none of it has helped.

open you dashboard.. find the mac address you want to change click on it and another window will open... you can change the mac address and save the new one.
Your on a forum for Rapid iptv.. They don´t have a 24/7 channel .. you´ll have to find out your cousins provider and ask there.. Not all providers have a 24/7 channels
1st i´d ask the seller where you bought the box for info..

If not i´d delete everything reset the box to works .. then install new software and hope the login and password feature was gone..

then is possible that your STB is signed with operator key and it can be updated only on operator's firmware only.
That would be one reason that you can´t update the box.. where did you buy the box?
