How to change to the correct expiration date in my mag 254. It has an erroneous expiration date.

My mag 254 readed an erroneous expiration date August 28, 2018 and it was blocked in that date. I sent a support replay and they did a maintenance but right now mi mag 254 reads another erroneous expiration date … now it reads Sep 28, 2018. My susbscription expire in next year A. Rivera
