Ended up doing a full factory reset on the TV. After that I reinstalled the app and I'm up and running again.

I've tried that as well, but I just did it again. Left it unplugged for more than 5min. Still now go :(

Thanks for the tip. I have just done that and the reseller has just sent a new link, however this did not help. The app still starts in this strange state and uploading the new list has not changed anything.
