Hello how to fix this? All channels says no chanel name and tried with different line same problem??

Hi! Have a samsung tv and specially the sport channels buffer alot, i have connection with cable. I have tried to remove app and reinstall again, i have tried cable direct from wall without router included, but still same?? Plz help me
