Raspberry Pi3, LibreElec, and Kodi. Buffering..buffering..buffering. And by buffering, i mean every couple of seconds. So...I added this from the Kodi Wiki, to increase the amount of RAM Kodi will use, however, when playing, I look at system info, and RAM hoevers around 78-88. Any ideas why...
