Factory reset also doesnt help

Could it be that mag is blocked by Infomir?

I removed countries from dashboard but it doesnt help. Mag is only rebooting. Im not able to access inner or external portal. Sometimes it can load inner portal but after pushing any button on IR it start again with reboot.

It worked perfectly until last weekend. Now I have the problem that the device is constantly rebooting. It happens randomly watching tv but mostly I can not start portal because its rebooting again and again. The problem occurs afer I moved to another appartement but I didnt change ISP. Does...
