EPG still Not working - EPG is down, any idea when EPG is back?

THIS is such a wonderful service which offers dual languages on linear TV, real HD and 4K channels and OD... however it seems to be allergic to EPG!!! WHY? :(

What I cannot understand is that admins, and the people who keep the service running should see these errors... It seems they do not use their own service. The EPG on most of the important S K Y UK channels (S K Y movies and others like Great Movies and a few other 20 channels) are showing the EPG of the channel '4 Music' - When is the EPG going to be fixed? It's been like this for the past year or so. Can you kindly fix this issue?

I think you are have a different service... its either that or your Set Top Box is a real dodgy one from what you described. Check your equipment if the service is from Rapid. What you say has nothing to do with the service which is 99.9% always top notch. Thanks.

Net 5, Veronica, RTL and FILM 1 Channels are all in 1920x1080... isn't that FHD?

I only watch the UK channels.. no problems here for the past year or so. Z8+ Formuler STB used here on a 1K download Internet connection. Seamless. Make sure your ISP is not throttling your internet connection. Use a VPN if so.

Formuler Z8 here... the channel is working perfectly. I think its something to do with the STB or program you are using.

I doubt anyone is working to solve (at least) the Sky movies UK issue... its been over a month now that EPG vanished from these channels... admins when opening a ticket will tell you that they are forwarding my request (like, its not a request, its something which needs to be DONE)but nothing...

When is the EPG being fixed on the Sky Movies UK channels? From 12 channels, only 3 have EPG. I opened tickets and so far nothing has been fixed! Why is it taking over 2 months to have this issue fixed? We also had EPG on this channels, which also have a 24 hour catch-up and now the catch up...

I think its a problem from your side... all Portugal channels over at my end are in 1080 HD and crystal clear just the same quality as satellite. Try changing your player, or purchasing an STB like a formuler stb.

Iris channel is back in dual language. Its available on both Italian & English like it always was. I hope Paramount Channel IT and Italia Due will have dual language soon on Rapid.... and all TIVUSAT package will be complete :)
