On my MAG 254 Device with LAN connection (100Mbits) the picture keeps freezing and stream stottering the whole week now. Doesn`t matter which channel. Not watchable anymore. Whats causing this?

Movie Name : Skywalker/Bloodshot/Dolittle etc. Problem : Sound no Video Wich map: multisubs Device/App: MAG 256 (No 4K ) If 4k is required there should be a seperate category as this is unfair. I cannot aford to buy a new TV or Streaming device. Please keep up the good service and fix this...
