If your remote is broken buy a new one.. they are cheap to buy on Ebay or elsewhere..

Open your remote using a thin bladed screw driver or knife.. please note this cold leave some surface damage to the remote.. take it apart and clean the contact surfaces.. put back together and see if iot...

Your on a forum for Rapid iptv.. They don´t have a 24/7 channel .. you´ll have to find out your cousins provider and ask there.. Not all providers have a 24/7 channels
1st i´d ask the seller where you bought the box for info..
Can you return it?
If not i´d delete everything reset the box to works .. then install new software and hope the login and password feature was gone..
Is this the message "Wrong digital signature" ??
then is possible that your STB is signed with operator key and it can be updated only on operator's firmware only.
That would be one reason that you can´t update the box.. where did you buy the box?
your usb has to be formatted to FAT32..
it should contain (in your case) 1 folder called... mag254..... inside the folder should be your... imageupdate
the names are important not... imageupdate254 just imageupdate
Having read thro the posts.. i can only think that there are Problems with Mag 322 software somehow.. i know this doesn´t help but using Google search seems to point to so many 322 users having similar problems.. why some work and some don´t.. i´m not to sure...
Have you tried to reset the box to factory settings.. ?

HI.. nothing to do with the Infomir block.. It could help if you reduce the number of countries that the box loads.. Overheating problem? Make sure the box isn´t sitting on top of a heat source and that the box is ventilated.
Try booting from nand 2 if your on 1 or 1 if your on 2... pull out...
I can only think of basics.. update Mag to newest release.. change DNS settings in network.. check cable .. router / priority to lan X where your mag box is / max speed / etc .. firewall? or take the box to a friends house and see what happens there..
