I tried all things, but image keep freezing fast after switch channels

Hi, i use Smart IPTV app on Philips Android smart tv. Smart iptv is up to date

I like Smart IPTV, but often when switching channels, the channel freezes, but audio continues. Then i have to restart Smart IPTV. Now iam too scared to switch channels

When i load up rapid with Siptv, i only see one group. Then i have to scroll trough 10.000 channels to reach my country.. Is it possible to separate groups?
