I have another sub with a different provider (always have 2 for backups) and I have logged in via the API set up just now so I don't know where the problem is. Will keep searching for answers :)

Hi I've had to change my set up to 'Load your file/url'. But have no idea how to add EPG url from dashboard. Can anyone help please? Also the layout is a lot more basic with this set up, with the API set up you had previews of the channel while you were searching, could I revert to this with...

Is anyone having problems with the automated downloading of live tv/series etc and tv guide. I have it set to download daily but only the tv guide is automatically downloading.

EPG still not working with new update....worked last night & today no EPG again. I have another sub independent of this community (always have 2 for back up) and EPG is working fine with same app.

Does anyone know of a reseller whose product works with Smarters? My EPG has not been working for nearly a month now, yet I have another sub from a different provider not from this community (always has 2 subs for back up) and its working fine.
