Hello there! A friend has Smart IPTV on a Samsung TV and can't watch the film Venom on German VOD. I have another model Samsung TV but with Smart IPTV and for me it loads alright! He gets Video Error! Someone know what it could be? Other films load well for him apart from one or another title...

Yes but it is the only movie that does that. Everything else works. Just set for some weeks two new mag box up and it's exactly the same.

Nothing. On a mag box Sound works but no image, on a Samsung Smart TV with Smart IPTV nothing loads and on the GSE app for Android it works.. Maybe reuploading it would work?

Something doesn't add up. On my smart TV it doesn't load it says video error. On mag box it loads the sound but no image. On my smartphone it works. Somethings off
