mag box portal stuck

    Mag boxes issues need help .

    hello , i have some guys with mag boxes that sais after portal loads yellow bar then it comes a black screen and it stay stuck ..... i tried to reduce the number of channels etc same issues . what thing it coupd be ? some settings in xtreme ui pannel or what i should do please advise.
