xtream access denied

Hi I Have a problem with xtream plugin, when I try to use it I get "access denied" screen, the MAC address is loaded onto the dashboard, I did have a previous server provider which "disappeared". I was wondering if xtream plug in was trying to connect to the previous server. Thanks in advance
