4K Firestick Issues

Hi Guys

Just wanted to know if anyone can explain why when using the 4k firestick and using the STB Pro app on there that when you access some channels for some reason it will crash? Most channels work fine by that i mean maybe say 97% which is high anyway but need to know why this is.
