Hi, can anybody tell me how i can overcome this issue (CONTACTS ACCESS PERMISSION IS REQUIRED TO CHECK LICENSE) displayed when i try load a movie on a APK on Firestick?

Hi coz app not original make and you need to contact who made it to you and you need to get Key for app

What app did you try to use ?
Don't forget this setting when you try to install apk files from third party:

Fire TV stick: SETTINGS.
go to DEVICE.
go to DEVELOPER OPTIONS.
go to APP FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES - turn it ON.

It’s was Bee TV, I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now seems to be working. Cheers for the comments
