I am quite new to IPTV but have some experience in Roku, chrome cast and plex servers.. Do i have to buy new android streaming device to have IPTV channels or can i use my Roku device or even my Panasonic TV which has some options to update apps ? If it has to be android device which one is recommended if only used for IPTV and not other generic apps like netflix, prime, youtube, etc..
