Cant LogIn But Credentials Are Correct

Hi all,
Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction, I am using IPTV Smarters on an Amazon Fire, I input all credentials and I get login Invalid, I take the same stick put it on my neighbor/brothers/parents house and it workes perfectly anywhere else.
The same happens on the app on the Samsung TV, so this tells me something with ISP?

Do any settings need to be changed on Modem?
