I've just taken a 2nd line for my dad, who is nearly 80.
He finds using a Firestick quite hard and gets mixed up easily. He only wants UK, German, Italian and Polish channels and nothing else - especially not the VOD and adult channels.
I've been in to the dashboard, unclicked all the countries he does not want and saved this. It even says the bouquet is updated. But when we switch on, they are still all there.
What am I doing wrong?
