Can anyone help me understand why we get Connection Problem and then cut out of our programmes? We used to have the Mag256 and thought that by getting the 324 the problem would be solved, which we did last week. Everything runs more quickly on the 324, but the Connection Problem and cut out remains.
We’ve changed our router, had OpenReach check our internet speed and connection, had the house reworked (not because of this!) and yet nothing has made it stop!
