I’m having a problem running IPTV on a firestick. We’ve used the service for a while now, with no problems. However the last few weeks, we get instances where live streaming buffers and I get the “playback error reconnects 1/3” message. This happens every minute or so. What’s also strange, is it never gets past 1/3 for the reconnects.
I’ve tried all the usual stuff. Rebooted all hardware, cleared cache, uninstalled then reinsrallled the app. Nothing seems to work at the time. But then it can be fine again the next day.
the firestick is literally right underneath the router, and we get between 350-400mbps download speed. So should be quick enough. I’ve also used the likes of ITV and BBC iPlayer to watch live tv, and don’t have the same problem. I’ve also tried two apps to watch IPTV on, and both have the same problem.
does anyone have any ideas?
