Date & Time in topics

Why do i not see what date and time someone posts in topics anymore?
It is handy in topics like https://iptv.community/threads/rapid-iptvs-channel-lists-changes-and-updates.439/
It used to show date and time,. now its gone.
Can the admins turn this feature back on.

I also find it a change for the worse, same with PM, now everything just states as "New", which doesn't help me determin whether a post was made 5 minutes ago or 10 hours ago...
